However the picture seems not to be. I will have to do some further investigation to find out how this is supposed to work.

Started as travels in Exeter finding wifi access. Exeter has been identified by Intel as a UK centre, per head of population. Can this be true? Further investigation is required. Continues later with comment on aspects of Exeter as wifi develops. Video still not easy to upload live. But this may change.
